There is a minimum number of samples required in order to qualify for free delivery. Please contact us for further information.

Packaging

Please pack samples safely in a box as loose bottles will not be accepted.

Availability

The courier facility is available Monday to Friday inclusive. PLEASE NOTE THAT SAMPLES GIVEN TO THE COURIER ON A FRIDAY WILL NOT REACH THE LABORATORY UNTIL MONDAY.

Bacteriological analysis

Please note that if you are sending samples for Bacteriological analysis, WE WILL FIRST NEED TO SEND YOU THE RELEVANT NUMBER OF CHILLER BOXES COMPLETE WITH BOTTLES. There is a small courier charge for this, alternatively you can pick up direct from our laboratory in Barking, Essex.

If you are then sending back to us on a Friday, you will need to MAKE SURE THAT THE LABORATORY IS OPEN TO RECEIVE AND ANALYSE THE SAMPLES ON THE SATURDAY AND LET THE COURIER KNOW THAT YOU REQUIRE SATURDAY DELIVERY.
